- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:TX City:El Paso Delineated Area:Northern: From intersecting points of Airport Rd and Hwy 601 in an easterly direction to intersecting points of Hwy 601 and State loop 375. Eastern: From intersecting points Hwy 601 and State loop 375 in a southern direction to the intersecting points of State Loop 375 and I-10. Southern: From intersecting points State Loop 375 and I-10 in northwestern direction to intersecting points of I-10 and Marlow Rd to Trowbridge Dr to I-10 to E Paisano Dr. Western: from intersecting points of I-10 and E Paisano Dr in a northern direction to intersecting points of Airport Rd and Hwy 601. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,661 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3661 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):20 Parking Spaces (Surface):20 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):20 Full Term:15 Firm Term:10 Option Term:0 Additional Requirements:A.The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any "hazardous" facilities such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, railroad lines transporting hazardous material. It is preferred that the proposed facility not be located near day care centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers, and social service centers (typically this is within 1,000 feet of a school or park boundary). B.Proposed space must be contiguous. C.Secured parking is required. D.Agency cannot be collocated with federal, state, or local government agencies, or private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. E.Agency cannot be collocated with agencies providing probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs, and similar social service and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
