Description

Network Contracting Office 10 will be soliciting offers for Valet Parking Services for VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS). Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to provide Valet Parking Services for VA patients, visitors, volunteers, and employees with a VA issued disabled parking permit at VANIHCS in Fort Wayne, IN. Request for Quote (VA-250-17-Q-0235) will be issued on or around March 1, 2017. Anticipated award date is June 1, 2017 for a period of one year with two one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within three calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the offer period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 812930. The size standard is $38.5 Million.
