- Page 1 of 1 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, PROPOSAL ABSTRACTS, QUOTATIONS OR INVITATION FOR BIDS The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified large business sources (2) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (3) whether they are Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Small Business, HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned, or small disadvantaged business concern, (4) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition, and (6) current market price. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The NAICS code is 321918 DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Syracuse VA Medical Centers has a requirement to provide luxury vinyl tile and base flooring to match existing flooring. Requirement is for supplies only, installation not needed. Supplies to include: 1440 square feet of Armstrong Natural Creations, Arbor Art, alder mid, TP018.4 x 36, (1) lump sum of Armstrong flooring adhesive as required, 600 linear feet of Roppe, TP base Ivory, 1/8 x 4 and (1_ lump sum of Roppe base adhesive as required. Syracuse VA Medical Center: 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large), GSA contract number (if applicable) and DUNS Number. 2) Responses may be emailed to idalia.algarin@va.gov. 3) The deadline for responses to this notice is 2:00pm. EDT on Friday, February 10, 2017. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. (DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION). AN AWARD WILL NOT BE MADE AS A RESULT OF THIS RFI.
