Requested information The Veterans Administration is seeking interested parties who are capable of fulfilling the requirement for Re-adjustment Counseling in Crescent City, CA. The Veterans Administration intends to establish a BPA for the above services with a counselor(s) who are located in Crescent City, CA. The counselor must have an office capable of individual counseling services as well as group counseling services. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for capability requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621330. Currently the BPA(s) is/are intended to be setup as a total small business set-aside. Please send responses to david.decker5@va.gov no later than 12:00pm EST on February 15th, 2017. Information will be reviewed to determine the interested party as capable of fulfilling the requirements as stated. The issuance of a BPA does not guarantee any orders. The requirements in this area vary greatly from week to week. The VA is seeking established counselors with a physical presence in the area who are capable of providing on an as need short notice basis. The BPA(s) will be used to order counseling hours as needed to accommodate distressed individuals. Interested parties must be registered in the government data base at www.sam.gov
