- This is a sources sought notice of the Government’s intent to award an unrestricted contract, 1 year base period (01 April 2017 – 31 March 2018), 4 -12 month option period (01 April 2018 – 31 March 2022) and potential 6 month extension (01 April 2022 – 30 September 2022), IAW FAR 52.217-8, to procure an urinalysis analyzer and associated reagents for the Laboratory Department at Kenner Army Health Clinic, Fort Lee, VA. This notice is a requirement for Kenner Army Health Clinic, Fort Lee, VA. Parties interested in future announcements on this procurement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Responses(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include company’s name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size.
