- Solicitation Solicitation N00421-17-T-0118 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order ona brand name basis for Brocade Hardware Maintenance, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 02/15/2017 COB. Only brand name responses will be considered. Preference over price will be given to small business distributors.
