Bean LLC (W912EP-13-D-0015) PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FROM ANY ENTITY OTHER THAN THE PREVIOUSLY LISTED FIRMS INCLUDED IN THE GROUP 4 DREDGING MATOC POOL. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide maintenance dredging of Wilmington Harbor Outer Ocean Bar, Brunswick County, North Carolina. The work consists of Maintenance Dredging of Wilmington Harbor Baldhead Shoal Channel Reach 3, Southport Channel and Battery Island Channel. Work required for Navigation, removal includes shoaled material accumulated since the last dredging cycle. Estimated Cubic yards to be dredged is approximately 400,000 cubic yards which is to be placed in the Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site. The dredging shall be performed by hopper dredge. The environmental window ends 31 March 2017. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A Coast Guard Certified Equipment hopper dredge is required for this project. The request for proposal will be issued on February 8, 2017 and proposals will be due on February 17, 2017. The award of the task order will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA).
