Description

February 6, 2017 This is Amendment No. 1. The specifications in our invitation for bids on Program 1442S, scheduled for opening at February 9, 2017, are amended as follows. The bid opening date is not extended •1. On page 15 of 27 the binding size is change to read; Paper covers wrap-around, saddle-stitch and trim 3 sides. Saddle-stitch in two places along the 10-3/4" dimension, and trim three sides. Each product must contain complete 4-page signature after trimming. Single leaves connected with a lip (i.e., binding stub) to left or right side of stitches will not be allowed. •2. On page 17 of 27 the "Bulk" shipping method is change to read, F.O.B. Contractor's City. All other specifications remain the same. If amendment is not acknowledged on bid, direct acknowledgement to: U.S. Government Publishing Office Atlanta Regional Office 3715 Northside Parkway, Suite 4-305 Atlanta, GA 30327 Amended bid or acknowledgement must be submitted using the method(s) specified in the solicitation for bid submission. Telephone or e-mail submission is not acceptable. BIDDER MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT PRIOR TO BID OPENING. Failure to acknowledge receipt of amendment, by amendment number, prior to bid-opening time, may be reason for bid being declared nonresponsive.
