- NSN: 1650-00-286-2254; Filter Element, Fluid; WSIC: F IQC: 1000052354; Issue Date: 2/20/17; Closing Date: 3/21/17 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This will be an unrestricted procurement. The NSN is a commercial item. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
