- Draft RFQ Justification NSWC-PCD on behalf of the Navy Experimental Diving Unit is soliciting on a brand name basis per attached justification and draft RFQ 1 each of the following instruments: Chromatograph GSMS-2010 Oil less rough pump Unity 5 XR Thermal Desorption unit This combined synopsis solicitation is being published using the FAR Part 12 and 13 provisions. See line items, delivery information, and list of clauses in the attached RFQ. Late quotes will not be considered. The government will only evaluate quotes from authorized small business resellers of the Shimadzu brand per attached justification.
