Description
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source award by the Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau (NGB) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b), soliciting form a single source. Only one source is determined to be reasonably available. Award will be made to Career Communications Group, Inc., 729 E Pratt St FL 5, Baltimore, MD 21202-3302 for Exhibit Space at the 2017 Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) STEM Conference for a period of performance of 9-11 February 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561920 - Convention and trade show organizers, and the size standard is 11 million dollars. This requirement is for two 20'x20' Premium Both Spaces at the 2017 BEYA STEM Conference and an ad placement in US Black Engineer Magazine (Feb 2017). A determination to competitively award this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for NGB may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to michael.s.wade.mil@mail.mil. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received at michael.s.wade.mil@mail.mil no later than February 3, 2017 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. NOTHING HEREIN SHOULD BE MISCONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, QUOTES OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE NOR IS ONE INTENDED TO BE ISSUED.
