- Instructions for submission of a capability statement in response to SFSIAQ17SS6000 PWS 2): Co-Facilitator/Class Mentor PWS 1): Lead Facillitator Sources Sought SFSIAQ17SS6000 Transition Center Training Division (FSI/TC/T) "Ambassadorial Spouse/Partner Seminar" (a component of PT120) 1) Lead Facilitator & 2) Co-Facilitator/Class Mentor The Department of State, Foreign Service Institute seeks to identify qualified vendors to provide professional services for the Transition Center's "Ambassadorial Spouse/Partner Seminar" program(a component of PT120). Qualified sources identified as a result of capability statements submitted in response to this posting may be contacted to provide formal quotes for future offerings of this seminar. This Sources Sought (SS) is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals or Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this SS are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this SS should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this SS. All costs associated with responding to this SS will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this SS posting is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Department of State, Foreign Service Institute is seeking qualified sources to perform the services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please carefully review the Draft PWS and respond according to the directions following stated below. Please note: The Government seeks qualified sources contractors for both the Lead Facilitator AND the Co-Facilitator/Class Mentor roles. Interested vendors may submit capability statements that address either one or both of the available roles in PT120 (Lead Facilitator and/or Co-Facilitator/Class Mentor). Capability statements should clearly specify if they are in response to one or both needs. Please see item 1 below. SS Responses/capability statements should include the following: 1.Must specify one of the following options: a.I am interested in providing services only as a Lead Facilitator b. I am interested in providing services only as a Co-Facilitator/Class Mentor c. I am interested in providing services as both a Lead Facilitator and a Co-Facilitator/Class Mentor (either at one time or separately) 2.Contact information: a.Name of company b.Business title c.Institution or organization affiliation d.Email address e.Phone number f.DUNS number 3.Letter /Statement of Interest 4.Resume and/or summary of credentials/professional experience relative to similar requirements; 5.Please state the estimated firm fixed price quote per each 4 day session. Capability statements should provide separate price quote estimates for Lead Facilitator and Co-Facilitator/Class Mentor, as appropriate. These price quotes are notional and nonbinding. 6.Recommendations to improve or clarify the Draft PWSs; 7.Optional Letters of Recommendation and Optional Performance Documents Do not include the following in the response: 1.Do not submit formal proposals or offers; 2.Do not submit requests to be considered for award or to be notified of a future solicitation; 3.Do not submit requests to be added to a mailing or distribution list; 4.Do not submit questions or comments not related to this SS; 5.Do not respond via telephone.
