Page 1 of 1 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Replacement of Deaerator and Surge Condenser Tanks (558-17-212) The Department of Veterans Affairs, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 558-17-212, Replacement of Deaerator and Surge Condenser Tanks at the Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, NC. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The period of performance is 150 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed for the entire project. Estimated construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS CODE: 238220 This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation material and drawings will be available on/about February 8, 2017. The specifications, drawings, and amendments or notices, if any, will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due 38 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals.
