- RFQ NMFS AKR-17-0203 to provide NOAA National Marine Fisheries Services, Southwest Fisheries Science Center one renewal lot of Echoview software licensing from 3/1/2017 to 2/28/2018 and four option periods per the specifications on page 2 of the RFQ; FOB Destination. Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful vendor to provide NOAA National Marine Fisheries Services, Southwest Fisheries Science Center one renewal lot of Echoview software licensing from 3/1/2017 to 2/28/2018 and four option periods per the specifications on page 2 of this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-17-0203 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541519 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
