Description

AREA MAPS LAVON LAKE BID SCHEDULE (TASK ORDER 0001) BID SCHEDULE (QUANTITY OF 1) SOLICITATION (W9126G-17-R-0059) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes, but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561210. Size standard: $38.5 Million. The resulting long-term contracts will be firm fixed price, IDIQ (D-Type) contracts. A single contract award will be made from this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility cleaning and litter removal services at Lavon Lake, Wylie, Texas, in accordance with the attached specifications. The areas covered and number of facilities are shown in the Bid Schedule, Area Maps, and Typical Drawings. The work shall be in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer and performed as set forth in the following specifications.
