Page 1 of 1 DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 9,900 to 10,395 contiguous net usable square feet of office and related space in Miami, Florida. New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, If not a New Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will undergo, by occupancy, a complete modernization or adaptive reuse of the Space with modern conveniences. The space must be available for occupancy by November 1, 2017, and must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. The lease term requirement must be in full compliance with the requirements of the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The contract base period of performance (POP) will be for 10 Years, 5 Years Firm. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: NORTH: PALMETTO EXPRESSWAY/ SR-826 SOUTH: SW 120th STREET EAST: COLLINS AVENUE/A1A WEST: RONALD REAGAN TURN PIKE To be included in initial considerations, interested offerors shall address ALL of the following when responding to this advertisement. Proposed property address with map showing property within the delineated area. Name, phone number and e-mail address of Property Owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e., broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain. Documentation supporting offerors ability to meet all the Government s requirements identified in this advertisement. Amount of space offered. Number of parking spaces. Date space is available. A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
