Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source contract to Leica Geosystems, Inc., Norcross, GA for Leica Multi-Station MS60 1" Robotic Total Station equipment, accessories, software and support. A full description of all specifications and requirements are attached below. A full and open competition is not available for this requirement. If your firm does not agree with the single source determination, please provide evidence of your firms ™ capabilities and experience in providing the above services. The FAA will evaluate accordingly. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement. All responses to this announcement must be directed to Emily Martire at Emily.ctr.Martire@faa.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, on February 8, 2017.
