Description

The purpose of this modification is clarify the first modification is incorrect, this only a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The purpose of this modification is to include the following language in the Sources Sought Notice VA263-17-N-0147 (Request for SF330s). Radius Restriction: This procurement is restricted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) located within a 400 mile radius from Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS) located at 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, IA 50310. The 400 mile radius restriction is from VACIHCS to a firm s primary or satellite office from which the majority of the design services will be performed. This radius restriction will be calculated using the following link: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/3600+30th+Street,+Des+Moines,+IA//@41.6276731,-93.6628652,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m8!4m7!1m5!1m1!1s0x87ee9bfecc7ebb87:0x2e3aef20db264a71!2m2!1d-93.6606765!2d41.6276691!1m0 If said firm s primary or satellite office is outside the 400 mile radius restriction of the VACIHCS, the firm s SF330 package will not be evaluated by the AE evaluation board. This radius restriction is in compliance with VAAR 805.207. Firms are required to place their primary or satellite office address on the first page (cover page) of the SF330 package. No other address will be utilized when determining said radius restriction.
