Description

This is a Request for Information (RFQ). The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement for a Service Contract for the Pre-Contraction Delivery; and Set-Up Installation of the Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall that is located in Washington D.C. to Honor Vietnam Veterans. The Performance Dates are May 18-22, 2017. The resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. This RFQ is for Contractors to have the opportunity to enter into a Service Contract for the requirement stated herein. Contractors shall be entered in the System Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. This RFQ is issued on 2/3/2017 with responses due on 2/17/2017, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFQ shall provide an e-mail response by the due date indicated on the RFQ. Only e-mail responses received by the due date will be accepted.
