- This is not a solicitation. This is a sources sought for market research purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award an order on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has an upcoming requirement for software and firmware maintenance of Arecont Cameras located at Travis Air Force Base, CA. Vendors must be authorized to provide maintenance as to not void product warranties. Information is as follows: Equipment to be maintained: Arecont Cameras Quantity=22 (see below) Exacq Server Software Updates Annual System Health Checkup - Install latest software/firmware - Analyze camera/network performance logs - System tuning: adjust settings - Cameras: clean domes; check fittings/connections Technical Support Eligible Arecont Camera List: Number of Items Model Firmware 11 5255PMIR-SAH 65231 10 2256PMIR-S 65231 1 2255PMIR 65235 Government is seeking a Firm Fixed Price contract with a twelve (12) month base and four (4) Twelve (12) month options. Period of performance is anticipated to be as follows. Base Year: 22- April-2017 through 21-April-2018 Option 1: 22- April-2018 through 21-April-2019 Option 2: 22- April-2019 through 21-April-2020 Option 3: 22- April-2020 through 21-April-2021 Option 4: 22- April-2021 through 21-April-2022 Specifically, provide responses to the questions below. -Is the support available via FSS, GWAC, etc.? Please provide the contract number. -What is a reasonable timeframe from time of award to providing updates and maintenance? -Please provide your DUNS Number as well as specifics regarding your business size (Large, Small, SDVOSB, WO, 8a, etc.). -Are you an authorized vendor? -Notional pricing may be submitted. All interested parties must submit their responses, ideally, no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, February 17th, 2016. For consistency, the respondents are instructed to submit their response in either MS Word (.doc) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. Responses are limited to no more than 5 pages for information, questions, comments, issues of clarification and timeline.
