Description

Model Contract BAA-RQR-2017-0001 1. Purpose This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Edwards AFB is for the development of flight ready 1N, 22N, and 100N AF-M315E monopropellant thrusters. The goal of this effort is to advance current AF-M315E technology by developing and demonstrating thruster hardware capable of providing similar lifetimes and duty-cycles when compared to the current standard in spacecraft monopropellants, hydrazine. The NAICS code for this announcement is 541712 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology). A small business under these NAICS codes is defined by a size standard of 1,250 employees. 2. Requirement/Supplemental Package Access This BAA is identified as Distribution Statement C, which means: Distribution is authorized to US Government agencies and their contractors. In order to receive a copy of the BAA and the Supplemental Package the contractor must submit the following items to Mr. Timothy S.
