THIS REPLACES THE FIRST PRESOLICATION NOTICE DUE TO SYNOPSIS ERROR This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Batavia, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about February 15, 2017, to renovate to provide a women s only bathroom and a private uni-sex bathroom at Building 1 Basement Outpatient Clinics at the Batavia VA Medical Center., Project No. 528A4-13-s66. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $15 M. The cost range is $100,000-$250,000 Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
