- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to procure by Limited Competition, the Rynglok Tool Set for use at the Organizational Level of Maintenance in support of the V-22 Aircraft. The tool kit is a portable self-contained tool kit used to install rynglok fitting sizes 03 through 24. Competition will be limited to Eaton Aeroquip Inc. and their authorized distributors for manufacture of P/N RTSK8-02-001 and Permaswage and their authorized distributors for the manufacturer of P/N DAT08AEFKT8000. Award will be made to the lowest price offer. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type with fixed priced CLINs and will extend over five annual ordering periods. The minimum and maximum contract quantities to be ordered are 10 and 104, respectively. The Government will only release the solicitation/RFP, including any subsequent amendments, on the FEDBIZOPPS.GOV website. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted, no written requests will be accepted and no hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed. Any amendment issued will be posted to the same website. After the solicitation release, vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all amendments. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Registration in the Department of Defense DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database will be a prerequisite for receiving an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. This synopsis is for administrative purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation for bid or proposals, and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
