SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposal or quotes and does not obligate the Government toward a contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this notice as a means of conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to support a requirement for a Full Service Repair and Software Support Agreement for three (3) DynaTouch kiosks located at the Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida 32827. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541511 (size standard $ 27.5M) Custom Computer Programming Services. Requirements: The Contractor shall provide hardware repair or replacement services, software support, and help-desk support services for three (3) DynaTouch kiosks utilizing TIPS Kiosk Management Software for Windows. The kiosks provide eligible veteran beneficiaries access to the MyHealtheVet program. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email, Web site address if applicable, telephone number, 2) Size and type of ownership for the organization;(Small Business, Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Woman Owned, Small Disadvantaged, or Large Business, etc.) 3) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort and documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, SOLE SOURCED OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 11:00 AM EST, February 17, 2017.
