- Contractor shall provide 24 hour, seven day per week Non-Emergent (Wheelchair) Transportation Services for beneficiaries of the James H. Quillen Mountain Home VA Medical Center, P.O. Box 4000/Sidney & Lamont St., Bldg. 205, Mountain Home, Tennessee 37684. Performance period shall be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2017 with four optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 485991. Size Standard is $7 million. This will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The solicitation package will be available on or about January 24, 2017. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered with www.vetbiz.gov and SAM.gov (System for Award Management).
