General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: VA260-17-Q-0093 Classification Code: S Housekeeping - Trash/Garbage Collection Set Aside: Small Business NAICS Code 562111 Solid Waste Collection Contracting Office Address NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 20, 960 Broadway Avenue, Ste. 460, Boise, ID 83706, UNITED STATES Description The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) to provide trash disposal services for the Roseburg, OR VA Medical Center. The solicitation will result in a single award contract. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. The North American Industry Classification System code is 562111 and the small business size standard is $38.5M. This is a commercial acquisition; therefore, award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This acquisition is a competitive small business set-aside. Other information for vendors is listed below: Registration requires a D-U-N-S Number from Duns and Bradstreet and may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Vendors must have a valid D-U-N-S Number. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be mailed and no telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Anticipated response date is 5:00 P.M., February 16, 2017.
