- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTES. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research per FAR Part 10 conducted by the Marine Corps to identify potential PROVIDERS for an vendor for Emerson Network Power/Liebert Services to provide Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and associated Liebert Precision Power Center Power Distribution Units (PDU's) maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) to the existing Emerson Network Power Liebert equipment at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) at MCBH Data Center, Building 208 located in MCBH, Kaneohe Bay, HI., and if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811219 which have a corresponding Size Standard of $20,500,000.00. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all businesses to include large, 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. Maine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Kaneohe HI, is seeking sources for brand name only contractor(s) to provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision and engineering service necessary to maintain and conduct PM services to the existing Emerson Network Power/Liebert 600T 225 KVA UPS and PDU's per the OEM preventative maintenance program at MCBH Data Center, Building 208 aboard MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. See the attached Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is from 20 March 2017 through 19 March 2022 if all option periods are exercised. The contractor shall be capable of furnishing all requirements established per the PWS, at prices established at the time of a contract award. All contractors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. Responses should include the following: 1. A positive statement of your intention to submit a bid for this solicitation; 2. Company CAGE code and DUNS number as identified in your SAM registration; 3. Information that you are a Emerson Network Power/Liebert Services representative or are a teaming partner and can accomplish the work via the attached PWS; 4. Warranty information; 5.
