Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 - Network Contract Office intends to issue a Request for Quote (FRQ) for the provision of general solid waste management disposal for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS), 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357 under a firm fixed-price contract. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, trash containers, and supplies to provide general solid waste management disposal at VALLHS. Proposals will be considered only from those Contractors who can provide a well-established waste management company and have the necessary equipment, personnel to provide the required waste management disposal services in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the related solicitation and resulting contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 2/3/2016. The contract shall consist of a Base and one (1) option year renewal. This RFQ will be set-aside for SDVOSB vendors. The NAICS Code is 562211 with a size standard of $38.5 million. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents shall be posted on FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Each contractor shall be responsible for reviewing this website for amendments, updates, or changes to current information.
