Description
RFQ NMFS AKR-17-0201for Professional Services to prepare the mixing zone effects analysis on Cook Inlet beluga whale critical habitat per the statement of work (SOW) of this request for quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for Professional Services to prepare the mixing zone effects analysis on Cook Inlet beluga whale critical habitat per the statement of work (SOW) of this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-17-0201 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541690 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. The objective of this contract between NMFS Alaska Region and the successful contractor is for professional services to prepare an analysis on the effects of EPA's proposed approval of ADEC's mixing zone rule on each PBF of designated Cook Inlet beluga critical habitat. This analysis will assist NMFS with assessing the effects of EPA's proposed action relative to ESA standards. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
