This Amendment hereby addresses additional questions. Q1. Are any systems proprietary to Simplex Grinnell? A1. All Fire Alarm systems proprietary and must have a Simplex Factory Trained Technician. All interested parties are reminded that in accordance with 852.219-10 VA NOTICE OF TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLES VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, the contractor shall comply with the following. (1) Services (except construction), at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the concern or employees of other eligible service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns;
