General Information: Sources Sought Notice Posted Date: 01 February 2017 Response Date: 16 February 2017 NAICS Code: 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Set-Aside Small Business Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Space Command, 50 CONS, 210 Falcon Parkway, Schriever AFB, CO, 80912-5006, UNITED STATES Description The 50th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential small business sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition that includes all contractor supplied management, labor, equipment, and materials to provide routine pavement maintenance within the parking lot areas of Building 24 & 26, Building 15 and Building 120 (Upper Gym) Parking Lots. See the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) dated 17 January 2017. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $100,000 and $500,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3.
