- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Tennessee City: Nashville Delineated Area: Central Business District of Nashville, TN Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,745 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,745 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): On-site parking must meet or exceed local code. Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 12 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: First preference will be given to buildings capable of offering contiguous space on one (1) floor above the ground floor of the offered building. Up to 1,500 ABOASF of offered space on a contiguous floor either below or above the offered space may be acceptable if a one (1) floor option is not available. All space must serviced by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Any offered location must be serviced by public transportation with a stop not more than ¼ walkable-mile from the location as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer. At least 99 parking spaces must be publicly available either on-site, or within ¼ walkable-mile of the offered location at reasonable market rates. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
