- The United States Geological Survey, Northern Appalachian, Wellsboro PA 16901, intends to issue a Request for Quote for LAWN CARE/GROUNDS KEEPING SERVICES. The services for this project are under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 561730 7.5 Mil. This is a total small business set-aside. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The order resulting from this announcement will have a period of performance of 1 (one) base year and 4 (four) option years. This project is based on 26 as needed services per year. Lawn Care Services will be performed only during the months of May through October. Contract period will be May 2017 through April 2022. This notice, the RFQ and any other information related to this procurement will be posted on, or about Jan 31, 2017. The contractor must be technically acceptable and meet cost reasonableness standards. A vendor must be registered at http://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract.
