Description

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-(a)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, on or about February 10, 2017 to PerkinElmer Health Sciences, Inc. for a Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer (STA) 8000 and a Differential Scanning Colorimeter (DSC) 6000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal or quote; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received by 4:00 p.m. February 6, 2017, shall be considered. All responses must be submitted to Brad W. Morris at bradley.w.morris4.ctr@mail.mil. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
