17T0065_sol N00164-17-T-0065 - AC/DC CONVERTERS - FSC 6130 - NAICS 335999 Issue Date: 31 JAN 2017 - Closing Date: 2 MAR 2017 - Time: 2:00 p.m. EST The solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR 13/13.5. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202 (a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-17-T-0065 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for commercially (modified) AC/DC Converters for use in an l1B1 Dismounted Accessory Kit. The contract will cover a three-year period and will be issued as a Firm-fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The minimum contract award quantity is 175 with a maximum quantity of 300 and with an estimated contract ceiling amount of $620,000.00. Various quantities may be ordered over the three-year life of the contract. Delivery Terms are F.O.B. Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. The anticipated award date is 16 March, 2017. This is an anticipated 100% small business set aside and all responsible small business sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The solicitation will be issued under the Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in FAR 13.5 and will use simplified acquisition procedures. To be eligible for award the Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors interested in responding with a valid proposal may obtain information on registration in the SAM via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. A solicitation will be made available at FBO. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the website listed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FBO website.
