- Solicitation for NSN6105-00-836-1483 / 0066870789, STATOR, MOTOR, Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, (CAGE 99167), Part # 955C326-1. The only approved source for this item is Hamilton. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. A letter Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation will be issued for a firm fixed-price quantity of 11 each. This is a Critical Application item. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 384 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFQ. A copy of the combine solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or around January 31, 2017 and the anticipated closing date is on or around February 14, 2017.
