Description

Special Notice.   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to CIRCLE CARDIOVASCULAR IMAGING INC for the purpose of procuring a CIRCLE cvi42 POST PROCESSING SOFTWARE (1CVPP3520), REPORT 42 (1RPS1PP30), TISSUE TRACKING (1TTC1PP520), AND ONSITE PRODUCT TRAINING (1TRXX520) for the Salem VA Medical Center, 1970 Roanoke Boulevard, Salem, Virginia 24153. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the CIRCLE cvi42 POST PROCESSING SOFTWARE (1CVPP3520), REPORT 42 (1RPS1PP30), TISSUE TRACKING (1TTC1PP520), and ONSITE PRODUCT TRAINING (1TRXX520). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any business that believes it can provide a CIRCLE cvi42 POST PROCESSING SOFTWARE (1CVPP3520), REPORT 42 (1RPS1PP30), TISSUE TRACKING (1TTC1PP520), and ONSITE PRODUCT TRAINING (1TRXX520) may give written notice to Jackie.Bray@VA.Gov by 11:00am e.s.t. on February 2, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 511210 Software Publishers. Responses received from responsible sources by 11:00am e.s.t. on February 2, 2017 will be considered by the Government.
