This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95 / 01-19-2017. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees.. The Network Contracting Office 9 is seeking a contractor that will provide  the necessary supplies to purchase (20) Resolution Clips 360, 2.8MM x 235CM, with 11MM opening, (20) Surgical Endoscopic clips size 11mm, sterile disposable, (10) boxes Endo Jumbo Forceps. All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to judy.pitts@va.gov Questions must be received no later than February 10,2017.
