- Generator Power Requirements The power demands are as follows: 125 KVA trailer mounted mobile generator with a 24 hour run time minimum at 75% load. Cold weather package to include circulating heater, oil pan heater, fuel heater, trickle charger, winter covers, snow hood vents, air-operated louvers and a 2 gallon oil makeup system. Connector for the unit is a Crouse-Hinds # APJ10477 480V 1OOA Plug. a.Frequency required, 50/60 Hz + 2.0% three phase, three wire, wye connection, with ground (not less than AWG #2). Two 480 60Hz/380 50Hz Volt A.G., 3 Phase, 100 KVA connections, one fused at 60 Amps, the other fused at 100 Amps. Phase Balance The phase balance is + 2% maximum phase-to-phase line voltage difference lowest phase. The maximum voltage variation is + 4.5% I - 12.5% from nominal steady state (under the worst case conditions of line voltage). b.Currents on Each Phase: Maximum Demand and Continuous Load: Phase "A";L1 = 22.2 KVA Phase "B"; L2 = 22.7 KVA Phase "C"; L3 = 24 KVA c.The mobile unit is supplied with two 100' power cables with a male connector on one end and hardwired to the trailer on the opposite end. Each trailer is also supplied with two 6' pigtail cables that have the mating female connector on one side and non-terminated wires on the opposite end. These cables can be wired into a control panel or an external generator. Unless otherwise specified, the 480V AC connectors are Crouse-Hinds APJ10477. Must have female connecters on the generator to receive the APJ 10477 receptacle and one I line freestanding distribution panel and square D I line rated at 400 amps. Complete required description of the minimum critical power features is included. Complete description of end item application/next higher assembly (NHA). Including manufacturer, model, serial number and description of NHA for all items which must fit existing equipment are included in enclosure Ill. Selected vendor must have capability to support maintenance requests within 7 days. operational service support requirement response within 4 hours of call out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Maintenance facilities within a 25 mile radius of operating sites located at JBER, AK and Ft Wainwright (Fairbanks, AK).
