Description

SOW - Gallup Indian Medical Center Indian Health Services - Gallup, New Mexico, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Gallup Lumber & Supply Company, 1724 S. Second Street, Gallup, NM 87301 to provide miscellaneous building supplies, lumber, materials, and hardware located at building 2018 at Gallup Indian Medical Center, 516 E. Nizhoni BLVD, 87301. This procurement of supplies is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Subpart 13.501(a), Special Documentation Requirements. The justification and approval document will be made publically within 14 days of contract award in accordance with FAR 13.501 (a)(iii). The anticipated award date is January 19, 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444110, Hardware stores. This serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact by submitting no more than a five (5) page capability statement. Additional documentation is available upon request. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time on January 30, 2017. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
