- Amendment 0001 AMENDMENT 0001 - THE OFFER DUE DATE IS EXTENDED TO 2 FEBRUARY 2017 BY 12:00 PM PACIFIC TIME. SUBMITT A SIGNED AMENDMENT AND ORIGINAL SOLICITATION ALONG WITH THE QUOTE. The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Gate Attendant Services needed at the Pine Meadows and Schwarz Campgrounds. This solicitation will be offered to small businesses under NAICS 721211. Pine Meadows and Schwarz Campgrounds are located in Western Oregon at Cottage Grove and Dorena Lakes. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Services. The Contractor shall provide services for regularly hired Gate Attendants on their day off, roving between both campground locations in the operation of the campground entrance booth, operate the reservation system, collection of campground fees, posting notices, and routine surveillance of the campgrounds, etc. For further information, please refer to the Performance Work Statement within the solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding One (1) Firm-Fixed Price - Services contract for a Base Year Period and Two (2) One Year Option Periods. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be: Base Year: Date of Award through 31 January 2018 Option Year 1: 1 February 2018 through 31 January 2019 Option Year 2: 1 February 2019 through 31 January 2020 Reference the "Instructions to Offeror" within the solicitation for submission instructions.
