- Draft Statement of Work Request for Information Department of Defense Education Activity DoDEA Gifted Education Aptitude Assessment PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires an aptitude assessment to be included as part of the multiple criteria used to identify K-12 students who should be placed in the gifted education program and (2)a screening assessment for students in Grade 2 only. Please provide a response to indicate if your organization has the technical capability to provide the support DODEA requires in the attached Draft Statement of Work. DoDEA is gathering this information as part of its market research process in order to gauge whether or not the requirement can be provided by one single source or multiple sources. DoDEA strongly encourages all potential vendors who can meet the requirements in accordance with the Draft Statement of Work to respond by providing the information listed below. The responses you provide will help DoDEA in the process of officially posting a solicitation. DISCLAIMER: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is confidential. Response to the RFI will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this RFI.
