- The Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is seeking sources capable of repairing M4 and M4A1 Joint Chemical Agent Detectors (JCAD). This Sources Sought Notice is for informational/market research purposes only. This is not a request for proposal, does not constitute a solicitation, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not considered offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Funds are NOT available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this posting, is strictly voluntary. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought. Submissions shall be emailed to Contract Specialist, Stephanie Thom at stephanie.n.thom.civ@mail.mil by COB, 01 Feb 2017, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. No late submissions will be reviewed.
