Description

The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK intends to release Solicitation VA259-17-R-0182 to install backflow preventer. The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center requires Construction services from a firm to furnish all labor and materials to install a backflow preventer and connect the existing domestic water main to the fire sprinkler system in Building 24, in accordance with statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after January 13, 2017. The purpose of this requirement is to install a backflow preventer at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. Work includes but is not limited to the following items: Installation of a backflow preventer and connecting the existing domestic water main to the fire sprinkler system in Building 24. This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-conditioning Contractors, size standard $15,000,000.00. This requirement is for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Additionally, successful offeror must be a registered SDVOSB in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
