- SF Form 30: NNL17ZB1001R - Amendment 000002 The purpose of this modification to the notice issued on 12/9/16 is to provide the Second Amendment (000002) to Request for Proposal (RFP) NNL17ZB1001R as attached. _______________________________________________________ The purpose of this modification to the notice on 12/9/16, is to provide the First Amendment (000001) to Request for Proposal (RFP) NNL17B1001R and the TEAMS 3 RFP Questions and Answers. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS: 1. SF Form 30: NNL17ZB1001R - Amendment 000001 2. TEAMS 3 Request for Proposal (RFP) Questions and Answers. ______________________________________________________________ Amendment 8: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to the following time sensitive question: Question : Cover Letter and L.8 - Cover letter states questions are due no later than December 12th. The RFP section L.8 states within 10 calendar days of issuance which would be December 16. Please clarify. Answer : The RFP section L.8 is correct. Questions are due within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the solicitation. The solicitation was issued on December 6th making the questions due no later than December 15th by 2:00 p.m. local time. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 7: The purpose of this amendment is to provide notice of the release of the Final RFP. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 6: The purpose of this amendment is to provide notice that NASA intends to release the final RFP the week of December 5th. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to post revised answers to questions 22 and 30. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to post the second (final) set of DRFP Questions and Answers. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to - (a) Post the Pre-Solicitation Conference SACD Overview presentation and provide the following website http://sacd.larc.nasa.gov (b) Post the first set of DRFP Questions and Answers (c) Provide notice that NASA intends to release the final RFP by the end of November. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to - (a) Post the TEAMS 3 Pre-Solicitation Conference list of attendees and presentations (SACD Overview presentation to be posted separately at a later date) (b) Post an updated DRFP Proposal Organization Table (c) Extend the due date for DRFP questions to 12:00 p.m. EST on November 2, 2016. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to issue the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Technology, Engineering, and Aerospace Mission Support 3 (TEAMS 3) procurement. _______________________________________________________ The purpose of this notice is to provide potential offerors updated information regarding the Technology, Engineering, and Aerospace Mission Support 3 (TEAMS 3) procurement strategy and to identify upcoming key milestones. The Government does not intend to acquire commercial services using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The anticipated release date of the draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about September 30, 2016 with an anticipated release date of the final RFP on or about November 8, 2016. A pre-solicitation conference is anticipated to take place at NASA Langley Research Center on or about October 18, 2016. The proposal due date is anticipated to be approximately forty-five (45) days after release of the final RFP. The Government anticipates a single award, hybrid three-year Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) type contract with a two-year Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) option. The period of performance is anticipated to be five (5) years. All questions must be submitted in writing, via e-mail, referencing Technology, Engineering, and Aerospace Mission Support 3 (TEAMS 3) to larc-teams3@mail.nasa.gov.
