Please review the Solicitation and Attachments and comply with all instructions. (NOTE: These documents replace all previously posted DRAFT RFP and Attachments.) Requirement Information: The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), in support of the Army Environmental Command, has a requirement to support the Army's environmental cleanup strategy. The Contractor shall be required to provide a wide range of environmental investigations, remediation, and munitions response activities at various installations/locations throughout the United States including the territories of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The Government anticipates awarding firm-fixed price Task Orders (TOs) against the Base Contracts. Anticipated work would be conducted under the Installation Restoration Program (IRP), Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), Base Realignment and Closure Program (BRAC), Compliance Cleanup Program (CC), and/or the Operational Range Assessment Program (ORAP), which are program areas under the Army Environmental Cleanup Program. It is anticipated that the Government may award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, for approximately $200 Million, as a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that there will be no more than eight (8) Contracts awarded. However, additional awards may be made if it is determined that additional awards would benefit the Government. The Government reserves the right to make less than eight awards if it is determined that there are not a sufficient number of qualified Offerors. Response to this RFP is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any direct or indirect costs or charges that arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFP notice. The Government shall not be liable for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. All proposals must be received by the due date and time specified in the RFP. QUESTIONS : Please reference Section L of the RFP for details. It is the responsibility of potential Offerors to monitor FedBizOpps.gov for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
