Description
The NAVAL Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Office is conducting market research to identify available sources for a potential multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, providing Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Studies and Analysis Support, as identified in Attachment 1. The focus of this Sources Sought is to determine the number of available sources able to provide the request in Attachment 1. Attachment 1 is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) with requirements for this request. The Government requests responses from contractors that possess the capability to meet the PWS requirements. Responses should indicate which portions of the PWS the contractor is capable of performing. All responses are due by Thursday, January 12, 2016 at 1200p.m. Eastern Time. This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is not intended to bind the Government. This Sources Sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contractual agreement, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. If the NAVAL Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Office determines to issue a solicitation, the solicitation will be posted to Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and FedBizOpps. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. It is the contractor s responsibility to monitor NECO and/or FedBizOpps in the event a solicitation is posted. The response to this Sources Sought will be in the form of a Word or PDF document. Each response shall not exceed five (5) pages. Submissions shall be in no smaller than 12 point font, using 1 margins. Submissions may be submitted to the point of contact listed below. The response should contain the following information: 1. Name of the submitter, CAGE Code, and contact information (email address, phone number, title, etc.) 2. Brief description of the contractor (including their business size/designation) and their ability to provide the requested services listed in Attachment 1.
