- Draft Statement of Work Market Research Questionnaire to accompany Capability Statement This sources sought notice is for INFORMATION, MARKET RESEARCH, AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. (PLEASE SEE DISCLAIMER NOTICE BELOW). TITLE: ENGINEERING AND PROGRAM SUPPORT, FTA PUERTO RICO OFFICE. •1. FTA intends to procure professional and experienced engineering and management support services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). The capability package for this sources sought (SS) market survey is not expected to be a proposal, but rather statements regarding the company's existing experience in relation to the areas specified in the attached DRAFT SOW. This Sources Sought is for businesses under NAICS code 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15 million. There is no solicitation available at this time. Based on the results of this market research sources sought, it is anticipated that a formal solicitation will be issued in late January 2017 or early February 2017. You are encouraged to submit a capability package. Capability packages must not exceed 5 pages and must be submitted electronically to Carlene R. Jackson, at carlene.jackson@dot.gov no later than 12 th January 2017 @ 1:00PM EST. In addition, businesses are to fill in the information in the Attached Market Research Questionnaire. Businesses are to outline their expertise in the areas outlined in the SOW 2. Capability Statements. Your capability statements must address the following elements : •A. Staff qualifications: Provide a statement on your firm's ability to provide experienced qualified personnel for the competency areas outlined in the DRAFT SOW. Please include staff titles, years of experience, and examples of directly-relevant experience. •B. Relevant Firm Experience: Provide examples and a narrative of relevant experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of engineering and project management as it pertains to transit agency operations, organization, and governance. INSTRUCTIONS: Capability Statements (no more than 5 pages, (Microsoft Word; font 12 Times Roman) and the Attached Market Research Questionnaire must be submitted electronically to the email address: carlene.jackson@dot.gov than Thursday, January 12, 2017, @ 1:00PM EST. Note1: After market research and planning efforts, the Government may issue a solicitation for this requirement. The anticipated timeframe for any solicitation is late to January, 2017 or early February 2017. Note2: No solicitation mailing list will be compiled. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if are any issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-Wide Point of Entry (GPE) AS NOTED ABOVE. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
