- This a DRAFT PWS it is NOT final. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify companies with the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for Tilt Rotor/Rotory Wing Training Relocation Program Management Support within Japan. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the United States Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, expertise in exercise/training planning support, supervision, and services necessary to support logistics planning and execution of JCS, Major Command (MAJCOM), Headquarters (HQ), Component exercises, and ULT (see Appendix 2, Exercise and Training Schedule) in support of the USFJ training relocation programs. The contractor is required to provide support at the locations identified in paragraph 1.4 of the PWS. The contractor shall coordinate and communicate with other training relocation offices and activities, to include the Government of Japan (GOJ), PACOM, HQ USFJ, and other COMPONENT agencies that have a role in training relocation. Included with the SOURCES SOUGHT is a DRAFT performance work statement (PWS). The PWS is provided for prospective contractors to get a better understanding of the performance and support expected under the scope of this requirement. The PWS has NOT been finalized. The contract term will be a one year base period with four one year option periods. THE NAICS code is 561210, Facility Support Services.
