- FOR SOLICITATION SPE7M5-17-R-0015 / PR 0065661450 Solicitation: SPE7M5-17-R-0015 PR: 0065661450 NSN 5905-01-142-6978 Item: Resistor, Fixed, Wire This requirement is for a total quantity of 2 each. Price Breaks are requested for quantities of 2 - 5 units. Delivery is 285 days. This item will be shipped to: W25G1U W1BG DLA DISTRIBUTION, DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134 NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-500 This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1). Approved source(s): Ward Leonard Electric, CAGE (63743), P/N 23488.581-1 For those sources who are interested in becoming an approved source, Procurement Notes L04 & M06 (Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items), outlines the Offeror's requirements and will be included in the solicitation. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedure should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation, and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program- Shipments Origination Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to export-control regulations. Distribution of the technical data and eligibility for award are limited to those suppliers qualified through JCP certification, or to those licensed by either the Departments of State or Commerce; or to foreign suppliers pursuant to international agreements. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 1/9/17. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Reverse Auctioning: This solicitation will not contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
